Initial Consultation – What’s Included?
Step 1 — Getting to Know You
Before we meet, you'll complete a comprehensive health questionnaire covering your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle habits, and current concerns. You’ll also have the option to complete a detailed 3-day food diary for a more in-depth nutritional assessment.
This allows me to review your information in advance, so we can spend less time gathering details during the consultation and more time creating a personalised plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Step 2 — Inside Your First Online Consultation
During our 60 minute session, we’ll take a deep dive into your health, exploring the factors that may be contributing to your current symptoms or challenges. We'll identify key drivers contributing to your challenges, and create a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan designed specifically for your body and goals. You’ll then receive your plan within 3 business days.
We focus on simple, nourishing home-cooked meals that are easy to follow.
This part of the consultation is unique to each person, but often includes conversations about things like:
- Your goals and what you want to achieve
- Relevant medical history, any medications or supplements you’re taking
- Your current eating habits and diet
- Things you’ve tried before, including what has and hasn’t worked
- Your current activity levels and exercise history
- Digestive symptoms
- Sleep quality
- Stress levels
- Daily routines, work schedule, cooking habits, grocery shopping routines, and other lifestyle factors
All of this information helps us make better decisions together. It ensures we’re on the same page and working toward the same goals with a full understanding of your situation.
Step 3 — Progress Review & Next Steps
Approximately 4 weeks later, we'll meet again for 30 minutes to assess your progress. We'll discuss what's working, address any obstacles, and determine the most effective next steps to support your continued results.
