Hi, I’m Juhi — founder of deephealthspace. I’m a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach (PN1, US), a Peri-to-Post Menopause Lifestyle Specialist, and a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.
From the mid-30s onwards, women start experiencing perimenopausal hormonal changes even if periods are still regular. Levels of estrogen, progesterone and sometimes even thyroid hormones can begin to fluctuate, affecting metabolism, fat distribution, mood and sleep.
I combine evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and personalized coaching to help women in peri to post-menopause lose fat sustainably, balance their hormones, and regain their energy.
